Lansky Sharpeners make any honed (sharpened) edge a safer edge. Most knife and
honed (sharpened) edge related injuries are caused by the edge or
blade
being dull. A dull edge or blade forces you to put to much force into the cut
and sometimes the blade or edge will slip and injury occurs.
Lansky Sharpening systems will keep your edged tools, knives, blades, swords,
scissors and any other edged cutlery you may have sharp and in perfect cutting
order.
